Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Score Pro:

• Account: email address and password hash (via Firebase Authentication).
• Profile: optional player profile details you provide (name, role, photo).
• Match data: scores, ball-by-ball events, teams, and players you create.
• Live-stream metadata: stream title, RTMP endpoint, and duration. We do not record stream video.
• Device info: anonymous identifiers used by AdMob to serve relevant ads (free tier only).

2. How We Use It

• To run the App: store your matches, sync your data, and authenticate you.
• To deliver live-streaming and shareable-scorecard features.
• To show ads on the free tier through Google AdMob.
• To respond to your support requests.

3. What We Don't Do

• We don't sell your personal data to anyone.
• We don't record or store your live-stream video.
• We don't share your match data with third parties beyond what is needed to operate the App.

4. Camera, Microphone & Storage

The App requests access to your camera and microphone only when you start a live stream, and to your photo library only when you pick a profile photo. These permissions can be revoked at any time in your device settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and database, Google AdMob for ads (free tier), and api.video for live-streaming infrastructure. Each has its own privacy policy. We show a consent dialog before serving personalized ads to users in the EEA and UK.

6. Your Choices

• You can edit or delete your profile from Settings.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which removes your stored data within 30 days.
• You can disable personalized ads in your device settings or through the consent options in the App.

7. Children

Score Pro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact support@scorepro.app and we will delete it.
